On September 21, 2020, Ennis, Inc. issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and six months ended August 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

Item 8.01. Other Information

On September 18, 2020, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of 22.5 cents per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on November 6, 2020 to shareholders of record on October 9, 2020.
