On July 29, 2020, Gordon Pratt informed Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) that he is retiring from the Board of Directors of the Company effective August 1, 2020. Mr. Pratt’s decision to retire was not the result of any disagreement with the Company.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 31, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Pratt’s retirement. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
