5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On November 6, 2019, Derek Doyle was appointed principal accounting officer of Louisiana Pacific Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Doyle, age 43, joined the Company as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer on October 28, 2019. There will be no changes to Mr. Doyle’s compensation in connection with his appointment as principal accounting officer.
