On October 3, 2019, Daniel Wiggins notified the Board of Directors of Nobilis Health Corp. (the “Company”) of his resignation as the Chief Restructuring Officer of (i) the Company, (ii) a direct subsidiary, Northstar Healthcare Holdings, Inc., and (iii) an indirect subsidiary, Northstar Healthcare Acquisitions, L.L.C., effective immediately.
