Explanatory Note
This Post-Effective Amendment (“PEA”) to the Registration Statement on Form N-1A is being filed for the sole purpose of designating a new effective date for the previously filed PEA No. 525 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement filed under Rule 485(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 on June 5, 2014 for the purpose of establishing the Oak Ridge Large Cap Growth Fund and the Oak Ridge Small Cap Growth Fund as a new series of the Registrant. PEA No. 525 was initially scheduled to become effective on August 18, 2014 and subsequently extended to September 18, 2014 and October 1, 2014 pursuant to PEA No. 543 and PEA No. 553. This PEA incorporates by reference the information
contained in Parts A, B and C of PEA No. 525 to the Registrant’s Registration Statement filed on June 5, 2014.
