On
September 17, 2020, the Board of Directors of BK Technologies
Corporation (the “Company”) declared a quarterly
dividend of $0.02 per share of the Company’s common stock,
payable on October 19, 2020 to shareholders of record of the
Company’s common stock as of the close of business on October5, 2020.
