Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 21, 2019, Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will meet with one or more buy side investors
in Portland, Oregon (the “November Non-Deal Road Show”). At the November Non-Deal Road Show, Patrick Miller, President and CEO, and Tim Trenary, Chief Financial Officer, will discuss, among other topics, the Company’s financial affairs and ability to drive value for shareholders.
On December 3, 2019 at 7:30 AM Eastern Time, Mr. Trenary and Kirk Feiler, VP Corporate Development & Investor Relations, will participate in a fireside chat at the 2019 Bank of America Merrill Lynch Leveraged Finance Conference at the Boca Raton Resort & Club, in Boca Raton, Florida (the “BAML Conference”). Additionally, Messrs. Trenary and Feiler will meet with select participants of the BAML Conference.
