Explanation of Responses:

(1) Form 5 filed on February 6, 2014, was filed in error and should be considered withdrawn. The Issuer, Endurance Exploration Group, Inc., had no securities registered under Section 12 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the "Exchange Act") until December 11, 2014 (the "Effective Date"), at which time the common stock of the Issuer was registered under Section 12(g); therefore, prior to the Effective Date no Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership on Form 3, and no Statements of Changes in Beneficial Ownership on Form 4 or Annual Statements of Beneficial Ownership of Form 5 were required to be filed by the Filer, and acquisitions and dispositions of Issuer securities by the Filer were not subject to Section 16 of the Exchange Act.

(2) The reported transaction is being reported solely for purposes of gaining access to the filing system. No reportable transaction occurred on this date.
