Digital Locations, Inc. (the “Company”) cannot file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019 within the prescribed time period because of delays in raising the requisite capital to complete and close its year end accounting, complete derivative valuation reports and finalize financial statements for inclusion in the Form 10-K. Most recently, access to capital markets has been seriously hampered by the effects of the world-wide Coronavirus pandemic.
