Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers. 

 

On October 12, 2020, Michael D. McCaffrey, J.D, resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Acquired Sales Corp. (the “Company”). Mr. McCaffrey served as a member of the Nominating, Compensation and Audit Committees of the Board. Mr. McCaffrey confirmed that his resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company. The Company thanks Mr. McCaffrey for his service and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
