(e) On June 30, 2018, the Company issued 101,971 restricted stock units to Mr. Hanif A. Roshan, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, as of such date, an aggregate of 101,972 restricted stock units were also granted to certain other non-executive employees of the Company. All of the restricted stock units were granted under the Company’s 2011 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, as amended (the “2011 Plan”), and will vest on the one-year anniversary of the grant date. The restricted stock units were granted in consideration of the agreement by Mr. Roshan and the other non-executive employees to accept such compensation in lieu of cash payment of base salary for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2018.
