Retirement of Susan Stuart from Seneca Foods Corporation Board of Directors

On September 15, 2020, Susan Stuart notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Seneca Foods Corporation (the “Company”) of her decision to retire from the Board effective September 30, 2020 or such later date that the Board appoints a successor to fill the resulting vacancy. Ms. Stuart has served as a director of the Company since 1986 and her retirement is not due a disagreement with the Company relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
