Item 8.01 Other Events.
As previously reported, on January 2, 2020, Yunhong CTI Ltd. (the "Company") received a letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") notifying the Company that it did not comply with the annual meeting requirement for continued listing set forth in Listing Rules 5620 (the “Rules”) due to its failure to hold an annual meeting of stockholders within twelve months of the end of the Company’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.
On June 29, 2020, the Company received a letter from Nasdaq stating that because the Company’s proxy statement was distributed on June 9, 2020, and its annual shareholder meeting was held on June 29, 2020, the Company had regained compliance with the Rules and that the matter is now closed.
