Other Events. |
On March 12, 2020, Alpha Pro Tech, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing an update to the status of orders for the Company’s personal protective equipment products resulting primarily from a continued increase in customer demand due to the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
