ITEM 5.02(c). Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 4, 2020, Terry A. Piper notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of The L. S. Starrett Company (the “Company”) that he will resign from the Board effective June 30, 2020. The decision to resign was not a result of any disagreement with other Board members or with management. Mr. Piper will continue to serve on the Board until June 30, 2020.
