Item 8.01 Other Events
On November 18, 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of seventy-six and one-quarter cents ($0.7625) per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on January 2, 2020 to shareholders of record on December 6, 2019.
On November 18,
2019, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors has elected William P. Stengel, II (“Will”) to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer.
