The Magnum Hunter Resources Corporation 401(K) Employee Stock Ownership Plan (the “Plan”) is unable to file by July 1, 2014, the Plan's Annual Report on Form 11-K for the year ended December 31, 2013, because it is unable to complete the preparation of the Plan’s 2013 audited financial statements by the July 1, 2014 filing date without unreasonable effort or expense.
