Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 30, 2020, Boise Cascade Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share to holders of its common stock, payable on September 15, 2020 to stockholders of record on September 1, 2020. The press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
