Item 5.02        Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
(b)     On January 14, 2020, Matthew L. Duncan announced his resignation as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”) of Neenah, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of February 1, 2020. Mr. Duncan has served in his capacity as CHRO of the Company since 2016. The Company has initiated a search for Mr. Duncan’s replacement.
