ANNOUNCEMENT TO THE MARKET

 

 

BRF S.A. (“BRF” or “Company”) (B3: BRFS3; NYSE: BRFS) communicates to its shareholders and the market in general that, in relation to the rumors circulating on the date hereof regarding possible renegotiation of contracts with the Chinese market, the information is not true for the contracts executed  between the Company and its counterparties.

The Company has developed and mantains a solid commercial relationship with the main clients in the Chinese market over the last 10 years, striving to serve the Chinese protein demand as well as maintaining a well-balanced and long-term relationship.

BRF will keep the market and its shareholders duly informed about any new development regarding the subject of the present announcement.
