During the quarter ended September 30, 2019, the registrant acquired the Good Meds business. During the year ended December 31, 2018 the registrant conducted limited operations. In addition, in 2019 the registrant completed substantial financing while repositioning its business. Accordingly, the registrant estimates that it will report a net loss of approximately $2,818,598 compared to a net loss of $427,457 in the year ended December 31, 2018, largely due to the operations of Good Meds business and general and administrative expenses associated with the increased activities associated with repositioning its business.

If so, attach an explanation of the anticipated change, both narratively and quantitatively, and, if appropriate, state the reasons why a reasonable estimate of the results cannot be made.
