A slide presentation to be used by senior management of II-VI Incorporated (the “Company”) in connection with its discussions with investors is included in Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is being furnished in accordance with Regulation FD of the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company has added a slide titled “New U.S. Commerce Department Rulings Were Issued During August 2020” included on page 12 of Exhibit 99.1. This slide includes the Company’s recent commentary on the application of this rule.
