Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.
On August 12, 2020, Kelly A. Kramer, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Cisco”) notified Cisco of her decision to resign from Cisco. Ms. Kramer will continue to serve in her role until such time as a replacement Chief Financial Officer is appointed.
