Item 5.02.

Compensation of Certain Officers

On July 28, 2020 the Compensation Committee voted to increase the salary of Susan Johnson, the Company’s Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, to $150,000 per year effective August 1, 2020.

 

Item 8.01

Other Events

On July 28, 2020 the Board of Directors voted to declare a dividend of $.07 per share for shareholders of record on August 14, 2020, payable on August 28, 2020.
