Other Events.

On January 13, 2020, Lantheus Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Istvan Molnar, M.D. as the Chief Medical Officer of the Company and its subsidiaries, effective January 6, 2020.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
