Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 15, 2020, Baudax Bio, Inc. issued a press release announcing the full commercial launch of ANJESO^™ (meloxicam) injection and that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has approved transitional pass-through status and established a new reimbursement code for ANJESO^TM. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
