On October 2, 2017, we issued a press release announcing the acquisition of Associated Data Services, Inc., a leading regional human resources and payroll services bureau in the Southeast and a current reseller of our HCM solution, Evolution. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
