(the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Mr. Kelly Cheung Ling Yu to serve as the Company’s Chief Business Officer and providing an update on the impact of coronavirus on the Company’s business, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
