We hereby inform as a Relevant Information Communication that for strictly personal reasons, Mrs. Monica Miloslavich Hart has communicated her resignation
from the position of Chief Financial Officer of
the Company, which will become effective once the 2019 Audited Financial Statements have been issued, and the regulatory documentation has been submitted to the SMV (Peruvian Securities Market
Regulator) and the SEC. Mrs. Miloslavich has held the position since 2009.
Mr. Dennis Gray will serve as the Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gray currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of
the Company's Infrastructure
Business.
The Company would like to thank Mrs. Miloslavich for her dedication and professionalism during her more than 25 years of service.
