Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On January 12, 2008, YTB International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it expects to begin operations in the Canadian market on February 8, 2008. In connection with the Company’s launch of operations in the Canadian and other foreign markets, on January 16, 2008 the Company issued a press release informing the public that it had begun operations in the Bahamas on January 11, 2008, and that it furthermore expects to begin operations in Canada and Bermuda in early February, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
