On March 15, 2011, Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (“we”) issued a press release enclosing a letter that our Chairman and CEO, Brian Pardo, sent to our shareholders with their dividend. The letter discusses some of the financial and tax consequences that short selling might have on shareholders. The press release is furnished as an exhibit and is posted on our website (www.lphi.com).
