In connection with the recent reaffirmation by American Realty Capital Global Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) of its intention to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange (the “Listing”) and its intention to commence an offer to purchase up to $125.0 million of shares of its common stock from its stockholders at a price equal to $10.50 per share in connection with the Listing, the Company prepared a set of Frequently Asked Questions, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
