(b) On November 19, 2019, Bobby J. Alexander resigned from the Board of Directors of Bank7 Corp. and its banking subsidiary, Bank7 (collectively, the “Company”)
due to outside professional commitments
. Mr. Alexander’s resignation was not a result of a disagreement with the Company on any matters related to its operations, policies or practices.
