At its meeting on
January 28, 2020, the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Tredegar Corporation (the
“Corporation”) approved a discretionary bonus for John M. Steitz, the Corporation’s
President and Chief Executive Officer, in the amount of $825,000, based on his achievement of 2019 performance objectives.
