Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously announced, T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. will host an Investor Day for analysts and investors on February 19, 2020, from 9:30 a.m.
to 11:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time during which senior executives will present an update on the firm's strategic initiatives and plans moving forward. A copy of the presentation materials to be distributed at the event and posted to the firm's investor relations website (troweprice.gcs-web.com/investor-relations) is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. Investor day will also be simultaneously audio webcast on the firm's investor relationship website and a replay of the audio webcast will be available shortly after the conclusion of the event.
It will be archived online for one year.
