On July 3, 2020, 1st Source Corporation (the “Company) received notice from Rex Martin, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Company and 1st Source Bank (the
“Bank”) with a term expiring in 2023, of his decision to resign as a director of the Board of the Company and the Bank, effective June 29, 2020. Mr. Martin’s resignation was due to personal reasons and not the result of any disagreement with the Company.
