On November 14, 2019, Limbach Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its quarter ended September 30, 2019. We have furnished a copy of this release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On November 14, 2019 Kristopher Thorne’s employment as co-Chief Operating Officer with the Company and its affiliates ended. The terms of Mr. Thorne’s employment and compensation will be determined by the parties.
