On March 6, 2020, the Company issued a press release providing an update to its fiscal third quarter 2020 guidance provided on January 23, 2020 due to the disruptions from the COVID-19, or coronavirus, outbreak. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
