(the “Company”) made a presentation regarding the Company’s operations and exploration and development plans for the future at the 22nd Annual H.C. Wainwright & Co. Global Investment Conference held virtually. A copy of the Power Point slides used in conjunction with the presentation is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
