On August 5, 2020, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued patent No. 10734302 covering the Company’s fiber thermal interface technology.
A copy of the above mentioned press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
