Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 6, 2020, Arch Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s issuance of $53.1 million in U.S. tax-exempt bonds through the West Virginia Economic Development Authority. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
