Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 1,
2024, the Board of Directors of The Brink’s Company (the “Company”) approved a 10% increase in the Company's regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock, from 22 cents per share to 24.25 cents per share, which is payable on June 3, 2024 to shareholders of record on May 13, 2024.
