Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 2, 2024, Coinbase Global, Inc. (“Coinbase” or the “Company”) will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended March
31, 2024. Coinbase also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2024 (the “Shareholder Letter”). A copy of the Shareholder Letter is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
