Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
During the month of May 2024, members of senior management of PPL Corporation (the "Company") will be meeting with analysts and investors to discuss the Company's corporate strategy and general business outlook. At these meetings, the Company expects to reaffirm
its 2024 guidance range of $1.63 to $1.75 per share, with a midpoint of $1.69 per share, consistent with its recent presentation on its May 1, 2024 earnings call.
A copy of the slides to be used during these meetings will be available beginning on May 3, 2024 on PPL’s website: investors.pplweb.com/events.
