Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 2, 2024, Antero Midstream Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing the Company’s completion of a bolt-on acquisition of gathering and compression assets in the Marcellus Shale from Summit Midstream Partners LP for $70 million. The transaction has an effective date of April 1, 2024.
